At AgeFIT Home, we aim to give you the confidence and physical capacity to live well though a simple yet challenging program of strength and balance exercises.

Compiled into 3 different levels of capability (Basic - Moderate - Challenging), our 8 week program consists of a weekly video routine specifically designed to improve your posture, mobility, strength and balance.

In each video we talk about and demonstrate exercise modifications and progressions so you can adjust what you do to allow for age or health related factors or so you can safely challenge yourself as you get the benefits of regular participation.
