What do these terms cover?
While our exercise programs comprise mainly low-resistance exercises, we strongly recommend that you consult with your GP, or other suitably qualified medical professional, before beginning any exercise program. FANZ, its employees and contractors, are not licensed medical care providers and do not diagnose, examine or treat medical conditions of any kind. If you have any concerns about your health you should consult your GP etc.
When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury. If you engage in our exercises, you do so at your own risk, assume all risk of injury yourself, and release and discharge us from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of our exercise programs.
Your use of our content
Copyright in the content is owned by FANZ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, publish, share or transmit any content without FANZ’s prior written consent. This includes acts such as embedding or sharing FANZ video content on your or other websites or online platforms.
All memberships and content are provided for personal use and cannot be used for any commercial purpose. You may not on-sell subscriptions or content.
Currently, we offer two memberships: a Monthly Membership, and a Six Monthly Membership.
Your membership is prepaid
We will deduct the membership fee at the time you join using the credit card/debit card details you have provided. If you subscribe to a Monthly Membership, we will deduct the membership fee automatically at the beginning of each monthly period until your online membership is cancelled or terminated.
A Monthly Membership auto-renews
If you subscribe to a Monthly Membership, it will automatically renew at the end of the month for additional periods of the same length. It will continue to renew until cancelled or terminated. The Six-Monthly Membership does not automatically renew.
We may offer different membership prices and special promotions. We reserve the right to change and/or terminate any offered memberships or promotions at any time. The price and any specific terms relating to your membership are confirmed to you when you subscribe. The price is in New Zealand dollars and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax if you are based in New Zealand.
Changes to pricing
We may change the price of any membership effective at the start of the next membership period at any time as long as we notify you at the email address you provide us. Once we notify you of a change in the price, you have the opportunity to cancel your membership (as outlined below). If you don’t cancel, we will charge you the new price at the beginning of the next membership period.
How you cancel your online membership
You can notify us of the cancellation of your online membership at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then current subscription period (i.e. at the end of the current month of your Monthly Membership). You must cancel at least 48 hours before your online membership renews to avoid paying for the next membership period. If you cancel, we do not give any refunds for the remainder of the then current membership subscription period, and access will continue until the end of it.
Can you pause your membership?
For our Monthly Membership, you can cancel your membership at the end of the current month and then start it again whenever you want. For a Six-Monthly Membership, you cannot pause your membership.
Can we change your membership?
We can make changes to these terms and any of the details of our memberships by providing at least 14 days notice to you. We may provide notice to you via email at your most recent email address on your account, or through publication on our website www.agefit.nz.
Personal information and communication
You are responsible for providing your contact information and details error-free.
You can manage and update your details at any time by visiting ‘My Account’ at www.agefit.nz. You may change your contact email address. However, you cannot change the email address you use to log-in.
Can we suspend or terminate your membership?
We can terminate or suspend your online membership at any time, and for any reason. You will receive a pro-rata refund or credit (at our discretion) of any fees paid in advance unless we have terminated your online membership because you have breached any of our terms.
Who is responsible for protecting my payment information?
We use Stripe as our merchant provider, and as such do not collect any of your sensitive payment information. Stripe uses secure SSL technology. We are not responsible for any information you provide to Stripe.
Our disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your membership, whether direct, consequential, special, indirect or other loss or damage. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
Our services and these terms are provided in New Zealand and the laws of New Zealand apply.
