What do these terms cover?
While our exercise programs comprise mainly low-resistance exercises, we strongly recommend that you consult with your GP, or other suitably qualified medical professional, before beginning any exercise program. FANZ, its employees and contractors, are not licensed medical care providers and do not diagnose, examine or treat medical conditions of any kind. If you have any concerns about your health you should consult your GP etc.
When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury. If you engage in our exercises, you do so at your own risk, assume all risk of injury yourself, and release and discharge us from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of our exercise programs.
Your use of our content
Copyright in the content is owned by FANZ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, publish, share or transmit any content without FANZ’s prior written consent. This includes acts such as embedding or sharing FANZ video content on your or other websites or online platforms.
All memberships and content are provided for personal use and cannot be used for any commercial purpose. You may not on-sell subscriptions or content.
Offer of various memberships
At any time, we may offer different memberships, with differing prices and special promotions. The price and any specific terms relating to your membership are confirmed to you when you subscribe. The price is in New Zealand dollars and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax if you are based in New Zealand.
8 Week Program
Currently, we offer an 8 Week Program ('8 Week Program') for seniors, which is free for subscribers.
Changes to pricing 8 Week Program
We may change the price of it effective on 14 days notice by notifying you at the email address you provide us. If you do not wish to pay the amended price for your subscription, you will be given the option to opt out. Cancellation will be effective 72 hours after you exercising your option to opt out, where upon we will terminate your access to our Program.
Can we end the 8 Week Program?
We reserve the right to change and/or terminate our 8 Week Program, or any other promotions at any time. If you terminate our 8 Week Program we will provide you 7 days notice by emailing you at the email address your provide us.
Can we change these terms?
We can make changes to these terms by providing at least 14 days notice to you. We may provide notice to you via email at your most recent email address on your account, or through publication on our website www.agefit.nz.
Personal information and communication
You are responsible for providing your contact information and details error-free.
You can manage and update your details at any time by visiting ‘My Account’ at www.agefit.nz. You may change your contact email address. However, you cannot change the email address you use to log-in.
Can we suspend or terminate your membership?
We can terminate or suspend your membership at any time, and for any reason.
Our disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your membership, whether direct, consequential, special, indirect or other loss or damage. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
Our services and these terms are provided in New Zealand and the laws of New Zealand apply.
